About the team
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Global HR Program Manager to support TikTok's Global Operations and Functions. This role is instrumental in shaping and driving the HR strategic direction for TikTok’s HR teams globally, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while delivering scalable, high-impact HR programs.

In this role, you will collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, including HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, COEs, and aligned business teams, both globally and locally. The ideal candidate combines exceptional project management expertise with the ability to innovate and execute across tactical and strategic initiatives. They will thrive in a dynamic environment that requires balancing operational precision with a forward-thinking mindset.

This is a unique opportunity to lead large-scale initiatives, enhance collaboration across HR functions, and contribute to an environment where employees and business functions are optimized for success. Your work will directly influence how we develop and implement HR strategies, manage change, and scale impactful programs across our global organization.

To enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Global HRBP Leader and HR Leadership Team to drive strategic HR planning and execution across global operations.
- Coordinate and manage virtual and in-person HR Leadership Team routines, ensuring seamless collaboration and follow-through on priorities.
- Lead large-scale, high-impact cross-market projects with a strong focus on operational excellence and timely delivery.
- Oversee the global implementation of core HR programs, including Annual Performance Reviews, Employee Engagement Surveys, and Headcount Planning.
- Develop and manage organizational reporting, analyzing key people metrics and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Drive recognition programs and sustainability initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance employee engagement and external employer branding.
- Prepare leadership briefings, including talking points, presentations, and reference materials, for internal and external stakeholder engagements.
- Design and execute change management strategies to support HR initiatives, ensuring awareness, alignment, and effective adoption.



Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in HR Generalist, Business Partnering, or HR specialist roles.
- 3 years of experience managing HR projects with a structured, data-driven approach.
- Experience partnering with international clients, stakeholders, and colleagues across North & South America, Europe, and Asia.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise in functional HR areas such as organizational effectiveness, talent management, organizational design, or change management.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and data-driven storytelling skills, with the ability to present actionable insights.
- Demonstrated success in designing and executing scalable people programs that align with broader business objectives.
- Exceptional skills in influencing, project management, prioritization, and taking ownership of complex initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and experience using data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

Job Information
【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $124800 - $280800 annually.​
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.​
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).​
