Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $128250 - $229140 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
The Company reserves the right to modify or change these benefits programs at any time, with or without notice.

- Grow the IPR Operations team and oversee their day-to-day operations moderating policies for the E-commerce business
- Work with vendors to ensure quality targets are met by providing training programs and quality related refresher
- Act as the main operations point of contact for Intellectual Property Rights issues such as counterfeit, trademark, and notice & takedown workflows
- Continuously evaluate outcomes, propose improvements for auditing procedures, and ensure a high level of productivity and quality
- Develop and maintain operations programs complementary to the governance, corporate, and policy objectives
- Report, analyze, and provide insights on our operational processes to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Provide reports and support the Regional Moderation Lead
- Responsible for solving content concerns for users with cross-functional teams such as content operations, product, engineering, legal and public relations
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years experience working on content quality, safety or policy in a major tech or media company
- Recent and minimum 3 years experience as Team Lead/Quality Manager/ Technical Lead
- Great people management skills and currently managing large teams with diverse skills
- Demonstrated exceptional cross-functional stakeholder management
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education/experience, advanced degree is preferred
- Deep understanding of e-commerce compliance requirements and content policy management
- Experience with IPR policy enforcement and governance
