This product manager will be responsible for products and features for the Partner Product team, working with cross-functional partners across the e-commerce organization (business, policy, product, marketing, etc.) developing end-to-end product strategy and design, and executing on the product roadmap to deliver new innovations for both internal and external stakeholders.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $156864 - $296020 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
The Company reserves the right to modify or change these benefits programs at any time, with or without notice.

About The Team
This product manager will be responsible for products and features for the Partner Product team, working with cross-functional partners across the e-commerce organization (business, policy, product, marketing, etc.) developing end-to-end product strategy and design, and executing on the product roadmap to deliver new innovations for both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze market insights and trends to achieve full understanding of the eCommerce ecosystem and players.
- Collaborate with cross function teams to define business strategy and product roadmap, foster a thriving partner ecosystem providing diverse service capabilities to merchants.
- Complete ownership of product feature development, from initial requirement management to post-live analysis, drive the best product efficiency and experience.
- Create and design APIs for independent software vendors (ISVs), for seamless integration into TikTok Shop services.
Minimum Qualifications
- A minimum 5 years' product management experience.
- In-depth understanding of eCommerce business and Open API systems.
- Deep understanding of integrations, APIs, and app platforms.
- Solid product management skillset, strong in cross-team communication and collaboration, and ability to quickly capture business pain points and opportunity.
- Technical proficiency with API design and development.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.
- Machine learning and software engineering experience is a plus.
- E-commerce or marketplace product background is a plus.
