【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $156864 - $296020 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
The Company reserves the right to modify or change these benefits programs at any time, with or without notice.

About The Team
The Tiktok Shop Operation Product is responsible for Tiktok Shop's system construction related to operation support, providing comprehensive product solutions to help Tiktok Shop operation team to achieve business goals and improve their efficiency.
This Role
- Strategic Vision & Roadmap: Architect and implement a visionary product roadmap for one or two CRM tools of TikTok Shop , to improve the working efficiency of the operation team.
- Product Design and Implementation: Manage one or two CRM tools for operation teams of TikTok Shop, improving product adoption and user experience , ensuring the growth of TikTok Shop.
- Project Management and Collaboration: Collaborate with the operation teams to implement and execute key projects through product-driven solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science or related is preferred.
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in B2B product design and implementation, those who have experience in CRM or Operation product development are preferred.
- Have product experience in process design or strategy design.
- Possessing the ability to formulate roadmap , with clear logic and a liking for unraveling, enjoying analyzing the essence of things, and being good at systematically solving problems.
- Industry knowledge of eCommerce.
- Experience in one or more of the following: CRM / Sales Operation Tools.
- Analytical mindset with excellent quantitative reasoning, creativity and strategic skills.
