TikTok Shops Supply Chain & Logistics is seeking experienced talents. The team is dedicated to innovating and streamlining TikTok Shop's transportation network and this pivotal role is at the forefront of shaping scalable and efficient transportation strategies.
Responsibilities :
1. Build the local settlement Quality Control team, deeply participate in daily settlement operation inspection, correct deviations from SOP requirements.
- 2. Develop and implement risk management systems to prevent and eliminate settlement risks in cooperation with cross-functional teams. Insight into the bottleneck and operational risks of the settlement process, continuously improve the team's work standards and safety awareness;
- 3. Improve the settlement system requirements, continuously optimize the online settlement process, and ensure the accuracy of settlement data and the stability of the system operation;
- 4. Collaborate with departments such as finance, taxation and legal team to develop settlement systems and SOPs, train and guide the team, and ensure the standardization and compliance of settlement operations;
5. Regularly review and analyze the achievement of settlement key indicators, formulate optimization plans for indicators that do not meet expectations (KPI dashboard on the real data)
7. Optimize the internal and external cooperation mechanism, promote the solution to bottlenecks; supervise the implementation of settlement terms of contract, and evaluate and correct the process and results.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications :
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance / accounting or related fields
2. More than 5 years of relevant work experience in logistics, settlement, internal control, audit, and at least 3 years of team management experience in relevant fields.
5. Fluent in English and Mandarin to work with sellers and XFN team in China
Preferred Qualifications :
1. Proficient in work software (especially Excel), with strong data analysis skills preferred
2. Excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and a team player
