About the Team
Hi! We are the Integrated Marketing & Campaign Team (IMC), part of the TikTok Shop US Operations Center.
We are a marketing team plus a sales campaign team. We strategically plan, develop, coordinate, and execute cross-channel marketing campaign and sales campaign strategies, ensuring alignment across all marketing channels such as PR, digital, and social media. We drive brand awareness and engagement to achieve targeted revenue growth and meet business objectives in a cohesive and data-driven manner.

We are looking for a Social Impact Manager with expertise in e-commerce campaigns to lead initiatives that empower entrepreneurs, support local businesses, and drive cultural and social programs. This role requires a strong understanding of e-commerce operations, campaign strategy, and marketing execution to ensure that our social impact efforts align with both business growth and community development.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $88920 - $144400 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).

- Product & Merchant Strategy: Identify and onboard relevant products, brands, and merchants from underrepresented communities, ensuring their success through tailored support and platform tools.
- Marketing & Media Execution: Collaborate with PR, CSR, marketing, and social teams to drive awareness and engagement for social impact initiatives through paid media, influencer collaborations, and organic content.
- Subsidy & Incentive Management: Develop and oversee platform incentives that help sellers and creators scale effectively.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, legal, policy, and operations teams to integrate social impact strategies into overall business objectives.
- Impact Measurement & Optimization: Analyze campaign performance, measuring KPIs such as sales growth, engagement, and brand awareness, while optimizing strategies based on data insights.
Minimum Qualifications
- Established experience in e-commerce campaign management, marketing strategy, social impact or growth operations to develop and execute initiatives that drive both business success and positive community impact.
- Strong understanding of merchandising, promotions, media buying, and subsidy mechanisms in an e-commerce environment.
- Proven ability to execute and optimize campaigns that drive both business and social impact outcomes.
- Experience working with minority entrepreneurs, local businesses, or cultural brands is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
