Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Inventory Planner to take full ownership of our inventory management and planning processes. This role will be responsible for ensuring optimal product availability across our eCommerce and wholesale platforms by forecasting demand, managing stock levels, and collaborating with internal teams and suppliers. The ideal candidate will bring a high-growth mindset, critical thinking skills, deep expertise in eCommerce inventory planning, and a commitment to driving operational excellence.
This role offers the opportunity to impact the business directly while supporting a meaningful cause. You will be instrumental in forecasting demand, optimizing inventory strategies, and contributing to the scalability of our operations. The SOP testing and development aspect of the role will be key to refining our inventory processes as we grow.
Requirements : Key Responsibilities : Demand Forecasting & Inventory Planning :
- Analyze historical sales trends, market data, promotions, and customer behavior to accurately predict future demand for each product SKU.
- Develop replenishment plans based on accurate forecasts, setting optimal reorder points, and determining order quantities to maintain desired stock levels.
- Ensure alignment of inventory strategies with sales goals, promotions, seasonal fluctuations, and new product launches.
