- We are seeking a Loan Officer with two years of Reverse Mortgage experience in the Seattle area. We provide quality leads. The commission is around $10,000 per deal.
- If you hate prospecting and want to spend most of your time doing what you do best- qualifying and closing, this may be the dream job for you with big income potential.
- Again, we provide warm leads - probable buyers who have already responded to our Marketing and have proactively expressed an interest in learning more. In short, our leads are very high-quality leads
- One of our LO's closed 7 deals in one month and is on pace to close 11-what are you capable of?
$150,000 commission only
Responsibilities:- Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel
- Follow-up with warm leads in a responsive, very timely manner
- Educate our probable purchasers using a consultative, solution-oriented, servant-leader approach
- Surpass monthly sales quota of 5 deals per month
- Must have a minimum of two years of Reverse Mortgage experience
- Highly economically motivated
- Have a documented track record of prior sales success
- Build trust and rapport naturally and easily using a consultative approach
