Respond to concerns, suggestions and complaints from the entire Company in a timely, professional and consistent manner. This is a hands-on Systems Administrator position which focuses on support first and Systems Administration/ERP support second.
Role & Performance Expectations:
Work closely with IT Director to advance IT Process Objectives.
Minimum Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service and support by solving various end-user problems including, but not limited to hardware, software, network, video conferencing equipment, printers, and Smart Phones.
Create and maintain all network/e-mail accounts in Microsoft Active Directory environment.
Design, configure and implement network and computer infrastructure for all new jobsites. Work with Phone and Data vendors to provision site and manage entire provisioning process from start to demobilization.
Manage and track all IT Assets
Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all company IT equipment such as laptops, desktops, tablets, printers, phones, computer accessories, routers, switches and firewalls.
Configure and deploy new desktops, laptops, and tablets.
Configure and deploy mobile phones. Manage mobile MDM. Manage VOIP systems.
Advanced Responsibilities:
Administer, maintain and manage all servers in the organization including patching, scripts, VMware and network program installations.
Manage full cycle IT security including Sonicwall Firewall, virus protection, network
security, Arctic Wolf MSAT, MDR, MR, InTune compliance, and Microsoft Identity attack surface reduction.
Support CMiC, including internal clients as well as external collaborators. Help with reporting and business analytics. Complete assessments and help with the overall improvement of CMiC.
Conduct IT Orientation for new hires.
Recommended Skills:
Experience with construction specific ERP is a must.
5 years of Systems Administration (VMWare, SAN and NAS Storage, Windows Servers, Microsoft 365, Azure AD)

Physical Demands:
Bachelor of Science in computer related field or equivalent experience in lieu of B.S. Degree
Ability to lift and move computer equipment.
