Position Title: Operations Administrator

Function/Overview:
The Operations Administrator (OA) serves the Operations and Production processes to achieve corporate operational objectives. He/she understands the need to work across process lines to achieve these objectives. The OA takes complete ownership in all aspects of his/her area of direct responsibility and indirect influence. In order to function at the highest level, the OA must have a “whatever-it-takes” attitude and a “servant” mindset to achieve superior results in alignment with the best interest of the team and the organization as a whole. The Operations Administrator takes initiative, makes decisions, is influential, prioritizes, is adaptable and performs a wide variety of responsibilities and projects. The Operations Administrator is trusted with confidential and sensitive files, financial data, correspondence, and conversations. Assignment is at the main office with regular travel to appointments and project sites to execute responsibilities. Respectful and effective communication with the executive team, corporate support staff and project teams is essential.

Physical Demands:
This position requires the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. Involves walking, driving, effective communication, listening, using hands to operate office equipment. Vision abilities required for computer work, reading, writing, typing, data entry and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is an active open office. Working from the job site and/or visiting multiple projects is required. Occasional exposure to dust, fumes, chemicals, and loud noise. Includes climbing, accessing high places, carrying and being in proximity to moving mechanical parts. Requires frequent bending, reaching, handling, sitting, standing, walking and lifting 20 lbs. or more.
