Summary:
Junior Golf Camp instructor/counselor needed for Nike Summer Junior Camps. Full day and half day camp positions available, 18-36 hours/week. Prior golf instruction preferred, but not mandatory. Any teaching experience is beneficial. Golf experience required and must work well with kids age 7 and up. Pay starting at $20-23/hour, depending on experience.
Essential job functions:
- Provide Golf Instruction to youth.
- Monitor Junior Camp participants on golf course.
- Develop a fun learning environment.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Requirements
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to frequently sit, stand, bend, kneel, walk and crouch.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs., and to lift overhead and push/pull, move lighter objects.
- Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of golf.
- Must be energetic and enjoy working with kids.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Must be available weekdays (Mon-Fri) from June 5-August 18, 2023.
