Customer Service Representative
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and courteously responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Communicate effectively with customers in person, phone and sometimes by email
- Utilize phone etiquette
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Follow up on customer inquiries or provide updates
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the appropriate department
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong phone etiquette
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
