Job Overview
Tile by Taryla is looking for a hardworking and reliable Tile Installer and Remodeler to join our team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the tile and remodeling industry while working with a skilled team. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing job sites, handling materials, and supporting tile installation projects to ensure high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in surface preparation, including cleaning, leveling, and measuring
• Transport and organize tools, equipment, and materials
• Mix thin-set, grout, and other materials as needed
• Cut tiles to specifications using appropriate tools
• Support the lead tile installer with layout and installation
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite
• Follow safety protocols and company guidelines

Requirements:

• Prior experience in construction, tile work, or a related field is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials
• Comfortable with basic hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Valid Drivers License and current insurance
