Tile Installer

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team in the tile industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various installation tasks, with an emphasis on quality workmanship and attention to detail. As an Installer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all installations meet our high standards and client expectations. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform installations of flooring, trim carpentry, and other construction elements according to project specifications.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various installation tasks.
• Execute caulking and concrete finishing as part of restoration projects.
• Restore and buff surfaces to ensure a polished finish.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining quality standards.
• Conduct construction estimating to determine material needs and project timelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Experience

• Proven experience in the restoration industry or related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with flooring installation techniques and materials is essential.
• Strong skills in trim carpentry, caulking, concrete finishing, and buffing are highly desirable.
• Ability to use hand tools proficiently and safely is required.
• Experience in construction estimating is a plus but not mandatory.
• A commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction is essential for success in this role.
