What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tile Cutter for Sample Boards position at TileBar Brand?
Job Title: Sample Board Associate
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Create sample boards by measuring, assembling, gluing, and grouting various tiles according to scale drawings.
- Use a Dry Cut Tile Saw to cut Tile and Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) per bill of materials.
- Sand, cut and fit boards together for an accurate and polished finish.
- Wrap and package sample orders/boards for shipment
- Assist with other warehouse tasks, such as picking and packing orders, conducting inventory counts, and preparing merchandise for shipment.
Requirements:
- Fluent English speaking & comprehension skills
- Eligible to work in the US; Min 18 years of age
- Basic knowledge of using power tools such as a Dry cut tile saw, drills and nail guns required.
- Min (1) year basic knowledge of Warehouse organization procedures required.
- Detail Oriented & Accuracy required.
- Able to stand for longer periods; frequently carry up to 25 lbs.
