TM, Janitorial - 3rd Shift, Sunday - FRiday, 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM
Position Summary:
The Janitor will clean and maintain assigned areas of the property and grounds on a daily basis to ensure a clean, safe work environment.
Essential Requirements:
Perform cleaning, housekeeping, and other tasks and services throughout the facility.
Examine property for safety hazards; reports problems to Team Lead/Facilities Manager or other appropriate staff.
Modify the scope of cleaning and maintenance based on specified needs of the facility.
Pick up trash and empties trash containers.
Vacuum and clean floors, rugs, furniture, etc.
Clean restrooms and cafeterias.
Wash windows.
Ensure that cleaning and maintenance supplies are stocked.
Performs other related duties as required.
Required Skills & Experience:
Fluent verbal and written communication in English
Maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods standing, walking, bending most of the time
Repetitive motions including pushing & pulling with hands most of the time
Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift.
Frequently lifting 10 to 25 lbs.
Frequently carrying up to 25 lbs.
Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
Seldom sitting, crawling or squatting
