Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Management System (LMS) Content Specialist to oversee the implementation and management of our new Dayforce LMS. This role will focus on curating, organizing, and assigning training content to employees, ensuring they have access to relevant learning materials that support their professional growth. The individual will collaborate with department heads, HR, and leadership to create engaging pre-start onboarding content that acclimates incoming new hires to the company and builds excitement for their first day, as well as manage training content throughout their first days, weeks, and months in the organization. Additionally, the role will involve assigning state and federal compliance training, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion by employees throughout the year. Key Responsibilities Dayforce LMS Administration & Content Management Support the development and launch of the Dayforce LMS, ensuring it is optimized for employee learning and development. Upload, organize, and manage training materials, including content created by internal subject matter experts (SMEs). Assign relevant training modules to employees based on their roles, departments, and development goals. Track training completion, generate reports, and provide insights on engagement and progress. Maintain a structured training content library, ensuring materials are up to date, well-organized, and aligned with company goals. Troubleshoot LMS-related issues and provide user support. New Hire Training & Onboarding Content Collaborate with HR and leadership to develop engaging pre-start content that introduces new hires to the company, its culture, and leadership team, helping them feel connected and excited before their first day. Work with department heads to assign and manage training content for new hires throughout their first days, weeks, and months in the company. Ensure employees receive role-specific and company-wide training that supports their integration and long-term success. Ensure compliance training and other mandatory courses are assigned and tracked efficiently. Compliance Training & Tracking Assign state and federal compliance training to employees as needed throughout the year. Track employee progress, ensuring completion of compliance courses within required timeframes. Generate reports and provide regular updates to HR and leadership on compliance training completion. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Partner with internal teams to understand evolving training needs and adjust learning paths accordingly. Identify opportunities to enhance the LMS experience, making training more engaging and accessible. Stay informed on best practices in LMS administration and employee development to optimize training strategies. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3 years of experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS). Experience with Dayforce LMS is preferred, but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large amounts of training content. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various teams. Salary : $100,000 - $115,000
