TILL’s Clinical and Support Services is seeking a full time, independently licensed supervisor who is passionate in the overseeing of excellent therapeutic services to the individuals we serve as well as training clinical staff within our Behavioral Services Department and Strattus Mental Health Clinic.

Essential Job Functions:
· Conduct and document clinical supervisions for Strattus clinicians, IHBS therapists, and residential clinical support
· Onboarding and training for supervisees
· Review and assess clinical documentation of supervisees weekly
· Maintain that all clinical records of supervisees are up to date and met compliance requirements
· Attend monthly staff meetings
· Attend bi-weekly multi- clinical program supervisory meetings
Minimal Qualifications:
· Must be LICSW, a licensed psychologist, LMFT or a three year post licensing LMHC in MA
· Previous administrative/supervisory experience required
· CBHI experience preferred
· Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
