What you will do:
The IT Systems Administrator - Intune will assist in managing Tillamook County Creamery Association’s IT Infrastructure, specializing in cloud technologies. This role will oversee cloud administration and endpoint management, ensuring security, compliance, and system efficiency.
Here’s a day in the life:
Cloud Administration
Managing and monitoring all systems and infrastructure within Microsoft Azure environment (inc. servers, and storage), ensuring high availability and performance.
Design and implement cloud solutions using Azure services.
Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining applications and system management tools.
Develop and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks (PowerShell, C#, Java, Python, etc.)
Collaborate with Infrastructure, and partner with Cybersecurity teams to manage cloud security administration and disaster recovery; access controls, backups and firewalls.
Endpoint Management:
Subject matter expertise in the administration of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM), and Microsoft Intune.
Develop and maintain TCCA’s Microsoft Intune solution and policies.
Analyze and understand the current workstation management environment (hybrid) and develop a plan to cloud manage endpoints exclusively.
Implement industry best practices for GPO / GPP management in an on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
Develop a robust and automated deployment strategy for Windows and macOS workstations (Microsoft Autopilot).
Implement Mobile Device Management configuration and policies, to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security of all TCCA devices.
Design and Implement device enrollment, app deployment, provisioning, and policy application (inc. device management profiles and restrictions).
Build knowledge management processes for configurations and procedures within Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
Vulnerability Management:
Develop patch management processes to test, schedule, and deploy updates for workstation and server endpoints.
Monitor endpoint compliance and resolve issues through the use of reporting and dashboards.
Adhere to change management practices to minimize the impact and disruption to end users.
Maintain asset / endpoint inventory and update records.
IT Systems and Infrastructure Administration:
Perform regular system monitoring and maintenance
Disaster recovery support and administration.
Ensure system security and data integrity
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
Assist in the planning and implementation of IT projects.
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience that demonstrates proficiency.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in administering Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM).
Minimum of 5 years of experience with Windows Server/OS, Android, and Apple MacOS / iOS operating systems.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in administering mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) principles.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in administering endpoint security and vulnerability management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant certifications in cloud technologies, endpoint management and vulnerability management.
Experience with JAMF, and other MDM platforms.
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
