Job Summary
Tilley and Lincoln Pllc is a CPA firm serving main street businesses in the Magic Valley area. Our clients come from all walks of life and keep our days from becoming boring.
We're looking for a charismatic, upbeat, independent, skilled person who loves to help people! We primarily use QuickBooks desktop for bookkeeping and payroll, but have some clients on QuickBooks Online as well. Wage will be dependent on experience.
While we would love to find our ideal candidate, we are also happy to train the right person.
Responsibilities
- Monthly bookkeeping for multiple clients
- Preparing and sending monthly financials
- Running payroll for clients on semi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly cadences
- File all quarterly and annual payroll returns, make amendments as needed
- File monthly sales tax payments/prepayments
- QuickBooks training with clients as needed
- Register new incorporations as needed
- Issue 1099s
- Data entry for 1040, 1065, and 1120S tax returns
- Assist partners with special projects
- Answering client’s questions, including during tax appointments
Our ideal candidate has:
- 1-2 years bookkeeping experience utilizing QuickBooks/QuickBooks Online
- 1-2 years payroll experience
- 1-2 years tax return preparation/data entry
- Excellent PC skills, able to move around the computer quickly
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English (bilingual is a plus)

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
