We're looking for a creative and driven Riding Academy Coordinator/Social Media Marketing Assistant to amplify our brand, engage our community, and fuel the passion of motorcycle enthusiasts across our social platforms.
What You’ll Do:
Coordinate the start up and help manage our riding academy. Being the person to make sure each step of the program gets setup correctly. Help students with registration, file paperwork with DMV and setup coach & classes.
Content Creation & Management: Develop, curate, and manage engaging social media content (photos, videos, stories, and reels) that showcases Harley-Davidson motorcycles, events, and the rider lifestyle.
Platform Strategy: Build and execute a social media strategy to increase brand awareness, increase followers, and drive engagement across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to messages and comments, and foster a strong online community that reflects Harley-Davidson’s values.
Advertising Campaigns: Plan and manage paid social media campaigns to promote events, inventory, promotions, and dealership services.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, service, and events teams to promote dealership activities, motorcycle launches, and riding events.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns and content.
Event Promotion: Leverage social media to drive attendance to dealership events such as demo rides, rallies, and open houses.
What You Bring:
A passion for the Harley-Davidson brand, motorcycle culture, and creating authentic content. Have an endorsement to Riding or be willing to take the course.
1-3 years of experience with a motorcycle riding class, preferably H-D Riding Academy
1-3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital content creation.
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and their best practices.
Proficiency with photo and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.).
Excellent communication skills and a love for storytelling.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Bonus: Experience managing paid social campaigns or working in a dealership, automotive, or motorcycle industry.
