Tillie's Restaurant, 308 36th Street, Mc Keesport, Pa, Usa in Mc Keesport, PA is looking for one lead line cook and prep cook to join our 40 person strong team. We are located on 308 36th Street. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and reliable.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have had much experience as a recipe prep cook and have saute cooking experience. Must be able to expedite the food preparations from at least 4 stations. Pasta Preparation expierience is PLUS but will be a requirement to learn how to make our Homemade pasta, Lasagna, gnocchi, Ravioli and Pizza.
Qualifications
Experience in a high volume restaurant kitchen is the ideal candidate. Culinary training not required but is another big PLUS.
You must love food and how it is prepared and be a stickler for seeing that the recipes remain CONSISTANTS Tillie's is known for the fact that the dinners are consistant for decades!!!
