Information Technology Project Manager
Tillman FiberCo is building a network with future-forward technologies, systems and network architecture that will be ultimately capable of delivering 40Gbps to customers. Tillman FiberCo is a portfolio company of Tillman Global Holdings, a holding company focused on building premier digital infrastructure businesses globally. We have an incredible opportunity for an Information Technology Project Manager.
Requirements and Responsibilities
- Work closely with leadership to create roadmap and coordinate development and implementation of multiple initiatives.
- Daily Project Management throughout the life cycle for key IT initiatives to ensure quality development and on-time delivery within budget.
- Lead the planning of key project milestones and drives adherence to these milestones.
- Understand the scope of projects and the impact on processes and tools. Coordinate projects and interdependencies across internal departments and external partners.
- Identify risks to projects and manage the communication & mitigation of risks.
- Ensure alignment between project objectives and technical / operational solutions.
- Manage stakeholders’ communication across key leaders.
- Maintain project plans and identify work required to fulfill project scope, including identification and management of critical path tasks. Clearly communicates project status, including project risks and their mitigation strategies.
- Update project management platforms to ensure effective project reporting across portfolio.
- Support leadership in defining resourcing needs in comparison to project requests (supply vs. demand).
- Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance our tooling & processes.
