Job Summary :
We are seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team. As a COTA, you will work closely with Occupational Therapists to help patients develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and working. You are guaranteed 32 hours per week and will float between two separate facilities requiring commutability and flexibility. We will accept NEW GRADS, LICENSE PENDING & LONG CONTRACTS.
We require updated resume, License Verification and CoVid Immunizaion card for submission.
Responsibilities :
- Requires floating between two facilities.
- Assist Occupational Therapists in implementing treatment plans and interventions.
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities to improve their functional abilities.
- Monitor and document patients' progress and report back to the Occupational Therapist.
- Educate patients on using adaptive equipment and techniques for daily activities.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and organized patient records.
- Adhere to professional, ethical, and legal guidelines in the field.
