Position : Service Support Staff

Reports to : Front of House Manager / Dining Room Manager

Pay $13.80 plus Tips (Tips add an average of $2 - $5 per hour to wage)

Shifts : 9 am - 4 pm and 3 : 45 pm until close

Employment Type : Full-Time and Part-Time positions available

Job Description :

Greeting and seating guests with warmth and hospitality
Answering guest questions and providing information about our offerings
Promoting and selling our retail merchandise, including T-shirts and more
Bussing tables efficiently and maintaining the restaurant's cleanliness during shifts
Running food orders to tables promptly and accurately
Expressing gratitude to guests for choosing us

ESSENTIAL PROFESSIONAL FUNCTIONS :

Warmly and graciously greet customers

Answer phones and assist with inquiries

Maintain knowledge of restaurant hours, reservation policies, and special events

Pre-bus tables by checking with guests about meal completion

Clear dishes from tables promptly after guests leave

Deliver food orders to tables as soon as they're ready in the kitchen

Set tables according to company standards

Manage the wait list and seat guests as appropriate

Keep the host stand and dining area neat and clean

Monitor restroom cleanliness and replenish paper products as needed

Thank guests upon departure and invite them to return

RESULTS UPON WHICH PERFORMANCE IS EVALUATED :

Timely seating of guests

Clean and tidy dining area and restrooms

Prompt clearing of tables

Timely delivery of food from the kitchen

QUALIFICATIONS

No previous restaurant experience required

Friendly demeanor and neatly groomed appearance

Ability to stand for extended periods

Clear and effective communication skills in the predominant language of our guests
