Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Kitchen Manager to oversee the preparation and organization of ingredients in our busy bagel shop. The candidate will be responsible for managing a team of line cooks, ensuring that all food preparation tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of line cooks, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Oversee the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, slicing, dicing, and cream cheese production.
- Ordering ingredients from vendors.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Ensure all food items are stored properly and labeled with appropriate dates.
- Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures for food preparation.
