Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment and food preparation areas.
- Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety and handling guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders efficiently, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment and support each other in daily tasks.
Skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and providing accurate change.
