Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests receive outstanding service in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to manage time effectively and maintain a positive attitude will contribute significantly to the overall success of our establishment.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, enter into and use reservation system.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the Rezku POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our dining etiquette.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cash handling and operating the cash register.
- Assist with food preparation as needed to support kitchen staff during busy periods.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables after guests leave.
- Provide recommendations on menu items to enhance guest experience.
- Address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a server role within specialty dining is preferred.
- Strong cash handling skills with experience operating a POS system.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus.
- Outstanding hospitality skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
- Have Employee permit to serve alcohol.
