Job Summary:
The Utility Brewery person will assist in all aspects of the Brewery. Packaging line, cellar, brewhouse and dock. It is primarily a morning position and may require some occasional overtime and weekend work.

Job Summary:
The Utility Brewery person will assist in all aspects of the Brewery. Packaging line, cellar, brewhouse and dock. It is primarily a morning position and may require some occasional overtime and weekend work.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Working safely with high-speed manufacturing equipment
- Operating, maintaining, troubleshooting and cleaning equipment on the can/keg lines
- Ensuring product quality through visual inspection and quality assurance checks
- Continuously maintaining a clean and orderly work environment
- Working with others in a team-based environment
- Constantly maintaining a sense of urgency while working to improve waste, quality and efficiency
- Brewhouse support includes wort production, raw material gathering, CIP of vessels, and yeast pitching.
- Cellar support includes tank CIPs, transfers/ centrifugation, yeast management, dry hopping, DO/CO2 Analysis, fruiting, and cocktail production.
- Work directly with the Brewing Management team and Lead Brewers on improving Safety, Quality and Production practices. Drive and sustain new ideas.
- Pull and load customer orders for delivery from the warehouse by item number and quantity as directed by picking ticket in priority assigned.
- Manually load or unload materials onto or off pallets, skids, platforms, or lifting devices.
- Applicants must be able to lift at least 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- Stock and maintain inventory items in designated warehouse storage areas.
- Performing inventory of raw materials and full goods within Warehouse
- Support manufacturing processes with forklift line support.
- Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations and GMP policies.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Candidates must have experience in a manufacturing environment and be forklift certified.
- Capable of lifting and carrying 50 lbs.
- Candidates must demonstrate self-management, good organizational skills, problem solving, root cause analysis, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
- Basic computer skills and excellent verbal communication will be required.
- Prefer experience in the Brewing industry.
- Have reliable transportation to/from work
- Full-time, some overtime is required based on business needs.
- Standard shift times are 7:00am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday but are subject to change.
