As a skilled Commercial Roofing Maintenance & Repair Foreman, you will lead and perform high-quality repairs and maintenance on various commercial roof systems. This role requires professionalism, efficiency, and a commitment to safety while treating customers and team members with respect.
Position Duties & Responsibilities :
- Locate leaks and repair all types of roofing, including BUR, Modified Bitumen, EPDM, TPO / PVC, metal panels, and coatings.
- Maintain company vehicles, power tools, and hand tools. Keep a clean and stocked service truck / van.
- Lead by example, motivate the crew, and foster a positive team environment.
- Make sound decisions, anticipate issues, and propose solutions.
- Maintain professional interactions with customers and team members.
- Accurately complete work orders, document labor and materials, and provide photo documentation.
- Enforce company policies and safety protocols.
