Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Guide vehicles through the car wash process.
- Pre-wash vehicles, including rinsing, spot cleaning, and applying pre-soaks as needed.
- Operate and monitor car wash equipment, ensuring proper functionality and safety.
- Dry and vacuum vehicle interiors, paying attention to detail and customer preferences.
- Clean and maintain the car wash area, including equipment, bays, and customer areas.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately (if applicable).
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.
