Job Description

Tim Dahle Auto Group is looking to hire multiple full or part-time customer service reps to handle incoming calls for 12 dealerships in a new call center. Schedule is Monday Saturday varying schedule. Morning and afternoon positions are available. Free Lunch on Saturdays. Applicants must be over 18 years old. Tim Dahle Nissan is a drug-free work environment.

Located in South Jordan

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
• Scheduling.
• Generate service leads.
• Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Meet personal/customer service team targets and call handling quotas.
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Take the extra mile to engage customers.

Qualifications

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service rep.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices (training provided on current programs).
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
