We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience while maximizing dealership profitability through the sale of finance and insurance programs, extended warranties, and related products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present financing options and aftermarket products to customers in a transparent, compliant, and value-driven manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transaction process from sale to funding.
- Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions to secure the best financing terms for our customers.
- Ensure all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines.
- Accurately prepare and submit all paperwork for funding, titling, and registration in a timely manner.
- Consistently meet or exceed dealership F&I performance objectives and KPIs.
- Train and support sales staff in understanding F&I programs and compliance.
- Proven experience as an F&I Manager in an automotive dealership (2 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of finance, leasing, and insurance products.
- Exceptional communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- High level of integrity and a commitment to compliance.
- Proficiency in dealership CRM, DMS, and F&I software platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
