Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and baking, with an emphasis on creating high-quality baked goods. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional products that meet our customers' expectations. The Baker will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, ensuring that all items are prepared and presented beautifully.

Duties

• Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, donuts, and other baked goods
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards and regulations.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking special requests, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in baking or food preparation within the food industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is essential.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality baked goods.
• Good communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
