Duties
- Oversee daily operations of multiple locations, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise store managers to enhance team performance and foster a culture of excellence.
- Analyze profit and loss statements to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage budgets effectively while ensuring resources are allocated appropriately across the district.
- Drive sales initiatives by developing targeted marketing strategies that resonate with local markets.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess performance, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to company standards.
Requirements
- Proven restaurant experience in a managerial role, preferably as a District Manager or similar position.
- Food and Labor cost knowledge and problem solving.
- Demonstrated ability in process improvement methodologies that enhance operational efficiency.
- Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
