As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. Your responsibilities will encompass various tasks within the restaurant, including food preparation, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and proper food handling practices at all times.
• Perform basic math calculations for cash handling and transactions.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or café is preferred but not required.
• Basic math skills are essential for cash handling and order processing.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork are essential.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
