Our Opportunity
The Consumer Packaged Goods business is focused on driving the growth of RBI brands in food, mass, and club retailers across the US. We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager, to join our US CPG Team and help accelerate the business as it grows into new categories and regions. This individual will lead the achievement of short and long-term business objectives across retailers, building compelling sales strategies and plans, developing relationships with retailers and brokers, owning retailer P&Ls and trade budgets, and leading the sales elements of our monthly business planning process.
Roles & Responsibilities
The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the base salary range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to: skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Depending on the position, successful candidates may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus, as well as wellness and benefit offerings.
Salary: $130,000-$160,000

Roles & Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy: Lead the development of short and long-term retailer growth plans, setting the long-term vision and plans by retailer for our brands and categories, feeding retailer perspective into commercial brand-led initiatives (i.e. innovation, omni marketing).
- Annual Planning & Operations: Input into the annual financial and volume targets with the US General Manager, and manage delivery through monthly consumption assessment, trade reconciliation, demand forecasting and delivery of key initiatives in partnership with cross-functional teams and brokers.
- Trade Budget Ownership: Lead the management and reporting of the trade budget, ensuring accuracy of inputs, tracking and efficiency of spend
- Opportunity Identification: Identify new opportunities to expand distribution and improve quality and quantity of touchpoints with retailers.
- Broker Management: Manage our network of brokers, leading conversations with broker account managers and leadership around targets, promo spend, performance tracking, and customer-sell in.
- Retailer Communication: Develop relationships with retailer partners via line reviews, innovation sessions, and top to tops.
- Team Management and Development: Manage and coach 1 direct report (with opportunity for more as team grows).
- Strong experience with and understanding of the US CPG retail landscape
- Experience leading teams (broker experience a plus)
- Strong business acumen with ownership mindset focused on driving growth by customer
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build partnerships across retailers, brokers, and cross-functional stakeholders
- ‘One team’ mindset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a comfort in turning data into actionable insights, and building decks with minimal support
- Strong interest in the food and beverage categories
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 years experience in CPG sales
- Experience in coffee/beverage/food strongly preferred
- Proficiency in AC Nielsen/IRI and Microsoft Office applications
- Trade management experience
- P&L ownership and financial acumen
