DEALERSHIP GROUP CONTROLLER
We are currently seeking an experienced (MINIMUM 10 YEARS DEALERSHIP ACCOUNTING AND MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE) and dedicated CONTROLLER to oversee the accounting operations of three dealerships with a consolidated business office and chart of accounts. The ideal candidate will have previous dealership management experience, ideally a strong understanding of Dealerbuilt DMS, and preferably be local.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the entire administrative and accounting functions of three dealerships and 15 employees and its' cash flow
- Coordinate with staff to ensure seamless operations and efficient communication
- Handle day-to-day financial activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, car deals, and financial reporting
- Implement and maintain dealership policies and procedures
- Manage and lead office staff to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
Requirements:
- Previous dealership management experience is required
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
This is a salary-based position, and compensation will be commensurate with experience.
