We’re looking for an experienced Customer Data Platform (CDP) Manager to oversee and optimize our data-driven marketing and customer engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities :

  • CDP Management : Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of our Customer Data Platform to ensure optimal functionality and data accuracy.
  • Data Integration : Collaborate with IT and marketing teams to integrate data from multiple sources, including CRM, website, social media, and dealership software systems.
  • Customer Segmentation : Design and implement robust segmentation strategies to enable targeted marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Data Analysis and Insights : Analyze customer data to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to the marketing and sales teams.
  • Personalization Strategies : Work with marketing teams to develop and execute personalized marketing campaigns that drive customer loyalty and increase sales.
  • Compliance and Security : Ensure data handling and usage comply with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and maintain robust data security protocols.
  • Training and Support : Educate internal teams on CDP capabilities and best practices to maximize the platform's impact.

Qualifications :

  • Experience : 5 years of experience in customer data management, digital marketing, or a related field, with at least 2 years managing a Customer Data Platform.
  • Technical Expertise : Hands-on experience with leading CDP solutions (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe Experience Platform, Segment) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Analytical Skills : Strong ability to analyze data, generate insights, and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Marketing Knowledge : Deep understanding of digital marketing, customer journeys, and personalization techniques.
  • Project Management : Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey data insights and strategies effectively to diverse stakeholders.
