We are seeking a skilled and experienced to help the contractor on go over with label rooms, label boxes, to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires effective project coordination, ensuring that all aspects of construction are executed efficiently while adhering to safety regulations and client specifications.
Duties
- Manage and supervise all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful completion.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety standards.
- Provide administrative support by transcribing meeting notes and maintaining project documentation.
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry and calendar management to keep projects organized.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Utilize for project tracking and financial management as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Contractor or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong administrative skills with experience in project coordination.
- Proficiency in clerical tasks including data entry and office management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Familiarity with or similar accounting software is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances on-site.
- A valid contractor's license may be required depending on local regulations.
