Key Responsibilities:

- Verify and ensure proper documentation is provided for each transaction.
- Prepare and submit title and registration applications to the relevant government agencies.
- Communicate with banks, finance companies, and customers regarding title transfers and financing.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle titles and registration for inventory and customer files.
- Resolve title and registration issues, discrepancies, or delays.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding title processing.
- Assist with vehicle sales documentation, including contracts, lien release forms, and title transfers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information regarding title and registration statuses.
- Manage all related administrative duties, including filing and maintaining the title and registration database.
- Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure proper recording of title transactions and fees.
- Track incoming and outgoing titles and vehicle documents.
- Prepare and submit necessary tax documents related to vehicle transactions.

- Previous experience in automotive title processing, automotive sales, or a related field is highly preferred.
