Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assess their service needs
- Advise customers on recommended maintenance and repairs
- Provide accurate cost estimates and explain repair procedures
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely and quality service
- Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles
- Maintain detailed service records and customer information
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic automotive knowledge is a plus
- Proficiency with computer systems and dealership software
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
