Job brief: The Tim Tebow Foundation Copywriter and Editor will create and refine written content to effectively communicate the TTF brand message, engage the TTF target audience, and maintain a high level of quality and consistency. You will be responsible for crafting compelling copy for various mediums and platforms, as well as proofreading and editing team content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Responsibilities:
· Develop creative and persuasive copy for marketing materials, including websites, advertisements, social media posts, email campaigns, and more.
· Tailor content to suit different target audiences, demographics, and communication channels.
· Review and edit content for spelling, grammar, punctuation, style, and consistency.
· Ensure that all content is error-free and adheres to the brand's tone and style guidelines.
· Verify facts and ensure accuracy in all written materials.
· Conduct research to gather information, data, and insights relevant to the content being created. Stay updated on ministries, industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging writing techniques.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with overall brand strategies and objectives.
· Take & give constructive feedback and work closely with team members to refine and improve content.
· Incorporate SEO best practices into content creation to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the company's digital assets.
· Develop innovative and engaging copy ideas that captivate the audience and differentiate the brand in the market.
· Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality content.
· Ensure that all copy adheres to legal and ethical standards, including copyright and data protection regulations.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field or 5 years proven experience as a copywriter and editor, preferably in a marketing or advertising context.
· Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
