Job Brief: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive revenue and engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in email marketing, SMS campaigns, and social media broadcast channels. The ideal candidate will excel at analyzing campaign performance, interpreting data, and adapting strategies to optimize results.
You will work across platforms such as HubSpot, Meta Broadcast Channels, SlickText, and Classy, making data-driven decisions to amplify our marketing impact and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement revenue-focused digital marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and social media channels.
- Manage a growth strategy for SMS, email, and broadcast channels to maximize audience engagement and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling messaging and visuals that align with campaign goals.
Platform Management:
- Use HubSpot for email marketing, automation, customer segmentation, list and workflow creation and management.
- Leverage SlickText for SMS campaign creation, delivery, data analytics.
- Assist in driving fundraising campaigns and donor engagement using Classy.
- Stay up-to-date with Meta Broadcast Channel trends and best practices to optimize channel performance.
Data Analysis & Optimization:
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide actionable insights and recommend revised approaches to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Create UTMs for all links used throughout owned channels, and track owned OKRs for each channel and produce regular performance reports for leadership.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
- Partner with storytelling, fundraising, creative, and ministry teams to ensure campaigns align with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on revenue-driving campaigns
- Ability to provide a revenue-driven campaign case study is encouraged but not required
- Proficiency with HubSpot, Meta Broadcast Channels, SlickText, and Classy
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies
- Demonstrated success in email marketing and SMS Campaigns
- Knowledge of customer acquisition, donor engagement and fundraising strategies is a plus
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
