What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ministry Coordinator - Night to Shine position at Tim Tebow Foundation?
Job Brief: Seeking an organized, team player who is able to work independently as well as part of a team. This role will engage in ongoing administrative tasks, assist with research and a variety of projects related to Night to Shine. Attention to detail and deadlines (positive sense of urgency in work), ability to multi-task, excellent verbal and written communication and proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary point of contact for 250 Night to Shine host churches
- Provide support and guidance to each church before, during and after Night to Shine via email, phone, Zoom, etc.
- Review and approve all assigned returning church applicants annually in system
- Assist in reviewing new church host applications to ensure quick turnaround during peak submission times
- Collect and organize all needed documentation from assigned churches
- Provide guidance to assigned Night to Shine churches how they can best utilize Shine On resources with their community of people with special needs
- Collaborate with other Night to Shine Representatives to provide the best user experience and updated resources for host churches
- Assist with reviewing comments and posts on the Night to Shine Facebook group, as needed
- Assist with Night to Shine growth and church engagement as needed
- Collaborate with Marketing team to create a new and efficient way to store and access Night to Shine content including photos, videos, stats and stories
- Collaborate closely with Night to Shine Operations Manager and other Night to Shine Representatives on resource translations
- Assist in forecasting and budgeting for translation needs
- Assist team with research for Night to Shine travel, as needed
- Attend Night to Shine
- Perform assigned duties for annual Celebrity Gala and Golf Classic and any other all-staff events/projects
- Any other tasks as needed
