$16/HR Plus BIWEEKLY BONUSES

Job Descriptions
POSITION SUMMARY/PURPOSE: These are key positions within Marina Operations, with direct daily contact with our Marina Guests.
All Marina Staff Members are required to have a State issued boating license or obtain one within their first week of employment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:The following job duties outline the essential functions of the positions available. Functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Dock/Boat Rental Assistants
- Work with the Operations Lead and Marina Manager in the execution of day-to-day functions, procedures and processes relating to boat rentals, slip rentals, buoy field, gas dock, and boat ramp operations.
- Responsible for understanding and using the Safety Best Practices relating to Marina operations as well as participating in all on-going Employee Safety Training programs at the Marina.
- Dock/Boat Rental Assistants are also required to assist as Jet Ski & Non Motorized Assistants
Jet Ski (PWC) & Non Motorized (Kayaks, SUP’s, Peddle Boats, etc) Assistants
- Responsible for rental PWC/Non Motorized preparation, including cleaning, fueling and basic maintenance. In addition, Jet Ski/Non Motorized Operations requires retrieving PWC’s off their moorings as well as returning rentals to their moorings when not in use; setup and cleanup of Non Motorized beach operations
- Jet Ski/Non Motorized Ops are responsible for training all renters on the approved guidelines for PWC/Non Motorized operations. Explain entire Safety/Usage checklist and ensure all renters fully understand all Rules and Safety requirements relating to PWC/Non Motorized use
Reservation/Sales Assistants
- Responsible for making reservation & sale transactions in Marina Store. Cash handling, Credit Card sales, and balancing cash bank at the end of shift is required
- Maintain strong product knowledge for use in ensuring rental customers properly complete rental contracts, making reservations, selling, merchandising, and giving feedback as requested
- Perform Opening/Closing procedures as required
Safety/Training
- Conform to all Company and Marina policies and procedures in conducting job duties
- Support and implement all existing safety measures and programs as they relate to your position
- Participate in all available safety training

- Responsible for providing professional, friendly and attentive service to all guests visiting the resort and the Marina. Ensure that all efforts are focused upon exceeding each and every guest’s service expectation
- Promote a positive image of Marina operations, along with a professional and friendly service attitude toward guests and co-workers
- Work to resolve any guest concerns/complaints, and confer with direct supervisor on solutions to resolve guest recovery efforts as needed
