Description

The Personal / Executive Assistant role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing a variety of personal and administrative tasks with precision and care. Approximately 75% of your time will focus on personal assistance, such as household management, travel, errands, and event planning, while 25% will support business-related activities, including scheduling, email and other communication, in addition to other special projects.

Key Responsibilities

Personal Support (75%)

  • Errands & Shopping : Handle grocery shopping, dry cleaning pickups, gift purchases, and other errands.
  • Household Management : Coordinate household services, such as cleaners, landscapers, and maintenance appointments.
  • Scheduling : Manage personal calendars, including appointments, social events, and travel plans.
  • Event Planning : Organize personal gatherings, holiday celebrations, and other outings.
  • Travel Assistance : Research and book personal travel, accommodations, and itineraries.

Executive Support (25%)

  • Manage the CEOs calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling and preparation for meetings.
  • Draft correspondence, prepare reports, and maintain contact lists.
  • Assist with special projects, including research and project management.
  • Plan and coordinate company events, offsite meetings, and team activities.
  • Serve as a liaison between the President and internal / external stakeholders.
  • Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a personal assistant and / or supporting an executive team; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Exceptional organizational, planning, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects.
  • Discreet, adaptable, proactive, and trustworthy with the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience in a similar industry is a plus.
  • Education

  • High school or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
