Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and cooking on the line.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces.
- Support chefs and cooks in executing menu items efficiently and accurately.
- Follow all food handling guidelines and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Help manage inventory by restocking supplies and reporting shortages to management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak hours.
Skills
- Culinary skills with a passion for food preparation and cooking.
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
