At our full-service maintenance and body shop in Central Point, Oregon, we staff skilled technicians who are familiar with all aspects of preventative maintenance and truck repair, including removing, repairing, replacing, adjusting and overhauling major assemblies, sub-assemblies, components, parts and systems. If you have diesel truck/trailer repair experience, you may be a great fit for our team. This is a swing shift position.
MAJOR TASKS:
- Perform all aspects of heavy-duty truck and trailer repair.
- Perform DOT Inspections.
- Use power tools and hand tools to service vehicles and equipment.
- Maintains a safe, clean, productive, and efficient work area.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
- Performs all job duties in accordance with company safety policies and regulations.
- Provide back up support for service counter.
- Other assigned duties.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Degree or GED.
- Valid Class A, B, or C driver’s license.
- Knowledge of heavy truck repair processes.
- Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 80lbs.
- Position requires constant standing, forward reaching, grasping and finger manipulation.
- Ability to learn service counter duties.
