Job Summary: We’re seeking a creative and passionate individual to join our design team. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting with clients to design their dream homes, developing floor plans, creating renderings, and producing construction drawings while ensuring compliance with relevant codes. This position offers a dynamic workspace, a casual office environment, paid vacation, and a simple IRA retirement plan. Note, this is not a remote work position.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our design staff to produce architectural drawings, including plans, sections, and elevations.
- Create renderings for marketing materials and client presentations.
- Coordinate drawings with our installation team.
- Engage with clients throughout the design process via phone meetings, Zoom calls, and in-person meetings.
- Support the design team in various tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Architecture.
- Proficiency in SketchUp.
- Knowledge of Enscape is a plus.
- Strong communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong creative design and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-sufficient and capable of leading a design project.
